Haleiwa...and a lot of photos

We spent the vast majority of our time here on Keiki BeachDoing thisor eating thisand this
(both of which are pure happiness)
I have few true loves in life, but this burger is one of them.
When we were not at Keike we were here, at the beach right behind Ty's house.
This is my happy place.
Made better by spending the whole week with Raechel and her boyfriend Cody and my favorite dog on earth, Jake.
The week was perfection.
We did nothing but lay on the beach, play in the waves and eat.
And go to bed at 8:30 every night.
I love walking the beach at sunset. And there are some phenomenal sunsets in Haleiwa.
I love the harbor in Haleiwa. It is so picturesque. Especially at sunset.
Also, there are hundreds of cats roaming the piers...so that is always an adventure.
Rainbow Bridge.
Where Tyler used to jump off and swim as a kid.
We spent our evening eating copious amounts of food.
We were SO happy that Raech was in town. We love her and miss her already.
It was wonderful to visit Ty's family.
We always go way too long between visits. We are always so well taken care of.
It was bliss.
We love Hawaii.

Oh...Keiki beach, Matsumotos and those pineapple burgers. Complete heaven. My favorite memory in Hawaii was sitting on that beach, at sunset, eating those burgers. I want to go to there. Now.

Meg, I didn't know that Tyler was from Haleiwa! (I mean, I know he was from Hawaii...just not one of my favorite places there!) We went to O'ahu on our honeymoon and found Haleiwa one day and basically ended up hanging out there the whole seven days! Island Snow snow cones are the BEST snow cones ever! So much better than Matsumotos! I'm so glad you guys had a nice and safe trip! The pictures are fabulous!

Haleiwa looks beautiful, and it brings back lots of fond family memories. But.....what do you mean Jake is your favorite dog on earth? What about "G", she was crushed when I told her. Love you - Muver

WTF? Did mom just leave a comment on your blog? Wowie. I hope you feel special. She has never once left a comment on my blog.

Also, these pictures are very nice. I'm glad you got a new camera. It makes a big difference eh?

I'm really jealous. We are dying to go back. Rude.

haha I know. She has never commented before on mine either. It is only because I denied G. Obviously she loves the dog more than us.
